Each package includes a detailed “What’s Included” breakdown so you know exactly what deliverables to expect — from page builds and assets to launch support and QA.
Do I own the work once it’s finished?
Yes. Once final payment is made, you own all deliverables — whether it’s code, assets, or brand materials. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless it’s covered by an NDA.
Can you work with my existing website or platform?
Yes — we have experience across Shopify, WordPress, and custom builds. We adapt to your existing platform while ensuring smooth integration of new features or pages.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

How do payments work?
For most projects, we split payments into two parts: 50% to start, 50% at delivery. Larger or phased projects may use milestone payments. Everything is outlined clearly in your proposal.

We do both. While our packages focus on creative and technical execution, we also advise on best practices, UX strategy, and platform fit to ensure your project succeeds long-term.
What if I need changes after the project is done?

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s totally fine — many clients come to us with a goal, not a blueprint. We’ll help define the scope during Discovery and shape the right package around your needs.
