Our structure is designed to keep the project moving forward while giving you clear milestones for each payment:
50% deposit — Secures your project slot and covers the initial planning and production setup.
25% midway payment — Collected once we reach the review stage, reflecting the progress made and ensuring resources are in place for the final phase.
25% final payment — Due before delivery or launch, ensuring all final assets are prepared and released promptly.
This approach keeps costs predictable, ties payments to tangible progress, and allows us to maintain steady momentum from kickoff to launch.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 6–8 weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on scope and complexity. Smaller projects can often be completed faster, while larger or more complex builds may require extra time for testing, revisions, and final approval. We’ll outline an exact timeline in your proposal so you know what to expect from day one.
Expedited timelines are available on a project-by-project basis. We’ll provide an estimate based on project scope and intended delivery, always working closely with you to find the balance that ensures the best possible results with minimal drawbacks.
Can I request changes after the final delivery?
Yes. We provide post-launch support for minor edits, troubleshooting, and optimization. If you need larger updates or new features after delivery, we can scope these as an additional project so your updates are handled efficiently without disrupting the finished work.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Absolutely. We’ve worked with clients across multiple time zones. We use collaborative tools, video calls, and organized timelines to ensure the process feels seamless no matter where you are.
How much will my project cost?
Costs vary based on project size, features, and deliverables. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a transparent breakdown of pricing before any work begins. We also structure payments in stages, so you’re only paying as we hit key milestones.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll ask for any relevant brand assets, reference materials, or inspiration you have, along with your goals and requirements. Your input at the start helps us move quickly and stay aligned throughout the project.
How many revision rounds are included?
We include at least one major revision round during the review phase and smaller refinements as needed. This ensures you have the opportunity to provide meaningful feedback without the process dragging on.
What if I need to pause the project?
We understand life happens. If you need to pause, we’ll discuss a revised timeline. Depending on where we are in the process, a reactivation fee may apply to cover rescheduling and setup costs.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We can provide ongoing maintenance packages to keep your site, assets, or features running smoothly after launch, including updates, backups, and optimizations.
