How do you price fixed vs. phased builds?

Small, well-defined scopes (e.g., a single page or PDP) get fixed-price quotes. Larger or evolving scopes (page-by-page or full site) use a phased approach: we estimate each phase up front, then adjust based on priorities and learnings.

What timelines should we expect?

Single pages typically take ~1 week. PDPs run ~1–2 weeks. Page-by-page builds are phased; full sites are ~2–4+ weeks depending on content, approvals, and integrations.

What’s included in a Single Page or PDP build?

Wireframe, build, responsive pass, basic SEO setup (titles/meta), performance baseline, and launch support. PDPs also include metafield setup, variant/option logic, and a conversion-focused layout hierarchy.

Do you migrate existing pages or content?

Yes. We’ll import your copy, images, and basic SEO metadata. For large migrations (blogs, redirects, complex collections), we’ll scope a separate migration phase.

Can you work within our existing brand system?

Definitely. We’ll align with your typography, colors, and components—or help formalize a lightweight design system if you need one.

What platforms do you support?

Shopify, Nyla, and WordPress are our core platforms. We can design and implement custom builds in each, whether it’s a modular rollout, a PDP optimized for conversions, or a full site build. Beyond those, we also collaborate across your app stack (GA4, Klaviyo, Angle3D, etc.) and can advise on integrations best suited to your business.

How do you handle SEO and performance?

We set page titles/meta, semantic structure, image alt tags, and a performance baseline (lazy loading, media optimization where applicable). For advanced SEO (schema, content strategy), we can add a dedicated scope.

How many revision rounds are included?

Most packages include 1–2 focused rounds per page/template. Additional iterations are easy—just added as a small follow-on block.

What’s included post-launch?

A short support window for fixes and polish, plus optional retainers for enhancements, A/B tests, and training.

How do payments work?

50% to book, 50% at launch for smaller packages. Phased projects are milestone-based. We’ll outline everything clearly in your proposal.

Who owns the work?

You do. Upon final payment, you own the code, templates, and assets delivered (excluding any third-party licenses). We do, however, reserve the right to showcase the project on our website, portfolio, or case studies to help future clients understand our work—unless the project is covered under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Can you rush a project?

Often, yes. Expedited timelines depend on scope and resource availability and include a rush fee.

What do you need from us to start?

Brand files, CMS/store access, sitemap or page list, priority goals, and any critical copy/media. A single decision-maker for feedback keeps timelines tight.
