Thermal Animation Demonstration

Task
This experimental project showcases a stylized thermal rendering of a person wearing the Rhoan helmet. Created entirely in Blender, the video simulates heat dispersion using a visual language inspired by thermal vision. We began with the client's CAD files and applied our in-house texture set developed for the Rhoan helmet asset. To visualize heat flow, we created a custom UV map for the helmet and built a procedural shader that uses light dispersion as a proxy for thermal activity. This gradient was then color-mapped to resemble thermal imaging, and the same treatment was applied to both the human model and environment to complete the immersive effect.
